Walk & Talk

Urmston Riverside Circular Route — join us for a relaxed walk, great conversation, and good company. We’ll meet at 9:45am for a 10:00am start, then stroll approximately 5 miles (8 km) along a beautiful, mostly flat route that takes around 2.5 hours.

We’ll stop off at Riverside Coffee Ltd on the walk, and everyone is welcome — feel free to bring a friend, family member, or carer. Please wear comfortable footwear, dress for the weather, and bring sun protection if it’s warm. The route is wheelchair accessible, though wet conditions can affect this.

Meditation Evening

A calm Wednesday Night Group meditation evening — a space to slow down, connect, and reset. We started with a 15-minute chat, regulated together, then enjoyed a 30-minute guided meditation hosted by John Barrett.

Meditation is especially great for ADHD because it improves focus, reduces impulsivity, and calms the nervous system. It was a supportive evening that left everyone feeling more grounded.

Walk & Talk

We enjoyed a relaxed Walk & Talk at Chorlton Water Park. It was a gentle chance to connect, get some fresh air, and share conversation with people who understand ADHD — no pressure, just good company and a beautiful setting.

Everyone was welcome, including friends, family members, and carers. We wandered at our own pace, fed the swans, and paused for a well-earned brew together afterwards.

We were at Altrincham Festival!

ADHD Unite Network UK had a community stall at Altrincham Festival. It was a brilliant day of conversation, connection, and raising awareness. We loved chatting with everyone who stopped by to learn more about ADHD, pick up information, and find out how we support adults, parents, young people, and families affected by ADHD.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to chat with us and learn about ADHD — and an extra thank you to all those who donated. Your support means the world and helps us keep these community spaces free and open.
