We were at Davyhulme Park representing ADHD Unite Network UK! People came to say hello, have a chat with us, find out more about our peer-led ADHD support and see what we're all about.
It was brilliant meeting people, sharing experiences and building connections within our local community.

A special thank you to John Barrett for beautifully guiding the session and creating such a calm, welcoming space for us all.
Tools to help with ADHD are not one size fits all — that's why this is a safe, non-judgemental space to try things that might help with burnout, overwhelm and everyday challenges.

We stopped at Tree Tops Cafe for anyone who fancied a drink or a bite to eat, with free parking at the car park. Whether people had ADHD, were waiting for an assessment, supported someone with ADHD, or simply wanted to connect with a friendly community — everyone was welcome.
