ABOUT US
Run By the Community,
For the Community

THE BLUEPRINT ADHD SUPPORT & SKILLS C.I.C. is a registered Community Interest Company built around one simple belief: nobody with ADHD should feel alone or misunderstood.
Led by Martin Donnelly, the group was created to fill a real gap — a genuine, judgment-free space where adults with ADHD can connect, learn, and grow together.
We're not a clinical service. We're your people. Every session, every resource, every conversation is built around real lived experience.

Marc runs his own landscaping business and is our head gardener. Living with ADHD, he's working through the Blueprint 12 programme and brings practical skills, calm energy, and a grounded presence to the group.
MARTIN'S STORY
Built from lived experience.
I started ADHD Unite because I couldn't find the kind of support I actually needed. Plenty of clinical advice. Plenty of theory. Not much that felt real.
So I built it. A space where people with ADHD can show up exactly as they are — overwhelmed, distracted, brilliant, exhausted — and be met without judgement.
Whether you've just been diagnosed, are still figuring it out, or have known for years and are tired of going it alone — you're welcome here.
Together, we can.
